WHAT I DO

Most growing or changing organisations reach a point where people topics feel fragmented, messy, or slow. HR work is happening, but not always in a coordinated or intentional way. This is usually where my work begins — when leaders know something needs to change or move forward.

 

​I translate that instinct into action through a combination of organisational development, change, and HR project management:

I build the processes and frameworks that make HR run smoothly, manage and gradually improve day-to-day business, and make sure initiatives survive from ideation to completion. ​

​

I typically work with start-ups, scale-ups, and organisations going through change. I turn chaos into something intentional and aligned, so that HR can grow with the business and support the people in it.

HR work is often described with buzzwords like people-first, human-centric, or culture-driven. While people remain at the heart of what I do, my approach starts elsewhere: with systems, processes, and frameworks.

 

I believe that while people matter deeply, the best way to serve them is through intentional design.​​ Strong leadership, clear expectations, healthy performance conversations, and meaningful development don’t happen by accident — they are built deliberately.

Working with me means focusing on setup and impact, translating strategy into practice through the right processes, policies, and programs. I enjoy co-creating the employee experience and making work a better place for everyone, but intention is always at the heart of it, not engagement theatre.

WORK WITH ME

Foundational HR Building

You are starting HR from the ground up or going through a major growth or transformation phase. You need someone to work in that ambiguity who doesn't mind to build from scratch. ​I focus on designing and implementing systems, processes and structures that support your evolving company. 
 

Embedded HR Delivery 

Your HR foundations are in place but resources are stretched. I take ownership of HR delivery, build trust with employees and works alongside senior leaders. I seamlessly embed in your team, work across multiple domains and translate strategy into execution, while continuously improving the function over time. 
 

People & Change Programs 

You are planning a defined change or people development initiative and need someone to own it from concept to completion. I deliver your complex people projects with structure and momentum. 

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Germany, studied in the Netherlands, and spent most of my career there, working with international companies.

My background is intentionally generalist: I have worked across recruitment, people operations, talent development, and performance management, always with a strong focus on HR transformation and change. 

​​​

I care deeply about doing HR well. To me, HR is not a function on the side, but the infrastructure that strengthens organisations from within.​
